Welcome to the home of The New Inn, Shipton
Gorge - Our Community Pub.
We are
proud to have been awarded a 5 star Award for Hygiene, serve
Cask Marque Ale and are featured in the 2010 Good Beer Guide.
The
New Inn is a typical village pub which provides a meeting
place that, since the closure of the village shop and post-office,
has become increasingly important as a place where villagers
can meet and exchange news and views. We hold various social
events throughout the year and these will be advertised
throughout the village and on this site.
With
the Jurassic Coastline as a backdrop, many visitors call
at the New Inn for refreshments and food, whilst navigating
the lovely countryside and network of paths that the parish
has to offer.
The
New Inn Opening Hours until further notice will be :

Orders
can now be placed for Lunchtimes everyday except Monday
between 12.00pm and 14.30pm minimum - we will be pleased
to extend these hours by prior arrangement.
Dinner
time orders can be placed between 6.30pm and 21.00pm Wednesday
to Saturday inclusive - Sunday to Tuesday nights are available
by prior arrangement.
